As the premier shop for light electric vehicle repairs, we've seen customers riding "the US's biggest eBike brands" wait for support response stretch for weeks, and receiving small parts take months.
At Volton, final assembly happens on site and we have access to proper parts from the manufacturers of the bikes we build and sell.
Test Rides Before You Buy
Volton features a large off-street parking lot available to test ride our showroom bike models. Take the opportunity to check fit, parts, and support your local ebike builder and ride a better eBike.
All Volton bicycle models come with a 2-year warranty available to the original purchaser. Full warranty details can be viewed at voltonbicycles.com/warranty
Other manufacturers offer standard 1-year coverage with select brands offering extended warranty terms.
Yes. Electric bike conversion services are how we started the business in 2011. Today conversions are available and compatible on most bicycles. Please send us a message to discuss your electric bike needs.
500+ and ST500+ feature a torque sensing bottom bracket for smoother and more responsive pedal assist.
The 500+ series also are fitted with Schwalbe Fat Frank tires, a $80 upgrade.
